Much Going On, and it’s not good

In Arizona, with election lawsuits before the courts, after a clearly botched 2022 election, and many of the same issues as found in 2020 rearing their ugly heads again, hearings in courts are compelling, and of great interest.  Voters want their votes to count, and their choices, their true choices, to be in those seats.

Yet, the judge has already dismissed Mark Finchem’s suit against his opponent, Adrian Fontes.  Adrian Fontes, by the was, was the recorder in Maricopa County during the 2020 election, that was so thoroughly screwed up, while Stephen Richer only took over after the election was over.  Fontes played a role in that, yet the judge saw fit to make him Secretary of State in charge of elections for the entire state of Arizona.  Feeling screwed yet?

Hearings on Kari Lake’s suit against Katie Hobbs and her minions is ongoing, and frustrating, for those sitting with bated breath praying for a decent outcome.  Yet, it’s come to our attention that lawyers in Arizona, and many other places as well are refusing to take election cases whether out of fear, or being threatened in some way with disbarment or other sanctions, it’s now difficult to take any election battle into court.  Fortunately, our old Lawyer Dude, of the Maricopa 2020 audit did step up and allow for an out of state attorney to come argue Lake’s case.  He’s not shied away from stuff often, I expect.

We hear today, now, that that J6 Committee has issued criminal referrals for Trump, John Eastman and others for the J6 episode, which is close to criminal in my mind.  They have done this whole committee thing to make certain Trump never is able to run for office, and only going after him with criminal charges may do the trick.  That’s criminal election interference, while hiding Hunter Biden’s laptop from twitter and other online sites was malfeasance committed by the bureaucracy to interfere in that 2020 election.

And then we have the Brunson vs. Adams case actually docketed before the Supremes…..and they will have their discussion about that sometime in early January.  At issue is that 2020 election.  You see, the administration, and hundreds of people who were charged with following law failed to do so when they did not allow a period to hear and investigate the alternative electors and claims of maladministration of that election.  Very interesting, very compelling, and the “remedy” would wipe out this administration, recall Trump, and force a redo of that 2020 election.  Those Brunson brothers from Utah have put forth quite an argument.  Do we trust the Supremes?
